Why I'm Building Steady Path

The motivation behind Steady Path stems from personal experience. After living with Meniere’s disease, a vestibular condition, for three years, I’ve realized the importance of daily symptom tracking to better understand this condition.
Each day presents a new challenge as we work to maintain our normal routines and maximize the periods when we’re fully functional. During my journey, I researched various tools for tracking vertigo episodes, their intensity, and associated symptoms. Unfortunately, existing applications were often complicated, visually unappealing, and limited in functionality.
Our Mission
Steady Path aims to provide an exceptional user experience, helping people understand their condition without wrestling with a complex interface. While many health applications are unintuitive and poorly designed, we’ve created a simple, attractive solution that prioritizes essential features and eliminates distractions.
Simplicity and Minimalism
Our approach to simplicity goes beyond superficial design elements. We focus on creating an intuitive experience that allows users to log their symptoms efficiently and return to their daily activities, while still providing meaningful insights when they need them.
Privacy-First Approach
We prioritize data privacy by keeping your information exclusively on your device. This approach both protects your data and builds trust, eliminating the risk of server-based security breaches.
Educational Resources
Beyond tracking capabilities, we provide valuable educational resources. With approximately 190 per 100,000 people affected by vestibular diseases, we understand how these conditions can dramatically impact daily life. Our goal is to support newly diagnosed individuals, helping them avoid frustration and isolation while showing them that a normal life is possible.
Important Note
Steady Path is not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment. It’s a tool for gathering information that you can share with your healthcare provider. Always consult with a qualified medical specialist for vestibular and ear conditions.
Future Development
We’re committed to enhancing the app’s experience and incorporating new features based on user needs. Through valuable user feedback and testing, we’ve already achieved excellent results in experience and usability. We’ll continue collaborating with users to develop tools that improve quality of life.
